The mosaics brought us back to Roman times, but today these seem to be back again, very stylish. This is a very interesting art form, and many people use it at home to do all kinds of things. So, first of all, what mosaic do you really need to do? Depending on the method you choose, the pva glue or the water soluble glue. Caulking, mosaic tile, sponge, chalk or pencil, brown paper, face mask and goggles, clips and scraper no matter what you want to decorate. What is your choice? You can use tiles like glass blocks, mosaic tiles, shells, glass beads, and even marble, and now you can get tiles like mirrors. Break some pottery or simply use pebbles. So, we can\'t say that we are stuck in ideas and materials. Some people even paint their ordinary tiles with porcelain paint. So you can do your own thing! When you buy a tile, the back of the tile is brown. This is the case. You need to let them soak in warm water and release the paper. Rinse the tiles and dry them. If you use tiles directly from paper, you can use the so-called indirect method. To do this, use a piece of brown paper and glue the tiles up and down in place with a water-soluble adhesive. If you do, you will keep a good smooth surface. You then need to prepare your item with quick dry tile cement and then put the tile on the wet cement. Leave brown paper on it at this stage. Once it\'s dry, all you need to do is soak the paper with a wet sponge to remove it. Basically, the same is true of grouting in the kitchen or bathroom. Use your scraper to make sure all the small cracks are well filled. You can clean the grout in the same way with a wet sponge. Let it dry before you try to polish and finish the surface. Now your design. When you first start, it\'s usually easier to do things like geometric patterns. With more experience, you can continue to use designs like round and curved. Tiles may need to be shaped to fit your design, so you need a direct approach. This can be done in two ways. The first is the proverbial hammer, hammer and \"hardie\" method! This requires quite a bit of skill. Place the tiles on \"hardie\", tap the tiles with a hammer, and move the tiles to create the shape of your choice. Or you can use pliers, which is by far the easiest way. This allows you to cut the tiles in half by biting to give you the curve or whatever you might need. Practice some spare tiles first until you are satisfied with the results. It doesn\'t matter if you have some weird shapes, you should be able to incorporate them into your design. From a safety point of view, I suggest you wear a mask and goggles. Use Hoover or dustpan and brush to clean up any debris such as glass, pottery, etc. It is a very good idea to put the tiles in a transparent plastic bag as this will keep any debris and dust.
